Occitanie Properties

Creation of branding and identity for Occitanie Properties, a well established estate agent based in the south of France - all across the Occitanie region.

Occitanie Properties needed to update their logo and bring it up to date style wise. They wanted to keep their strap line 'L'immobilier au coeur de l'Occitanie' and their icon needed to indicate this - that they work in the heart of the region. With over 25 years experience in the area, they wanted to appeal to international buyers, yet keep a subtle nod to their old identity so their core customer base would still recognise them.

Along with the logo and style guide, I provided designs for business cards, social media banners, flyers and worked with the web developer so the online:offline branding would look cohesive.
